    • Exchanges are available under certain conditions.
  2. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are accepted only if the item is not worn, remains in its original packaging, and is returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • If an item is received after 7 days, no exchange or refund will be processed.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • In case of a damaged or incorrect item, the customer must return the product to us.
    • Customers are responsible for return delivery charges.
    • Upon receiving the item, we will replace it with the correct or undamaged product.
